Where trends seem to be limitless, fashion is found on a dollar, and artistic expression means everything, Latoya Gordon was able to find herself right at home. From what started off as a small idea, has turned into a lifelong dream for this young entrepreneur.
Latoya's idea of a trunk show once consisted of selling goods from the comfort of her small Brooklyn apartment. Due to an overwhelming response to what was once a hobby has resulted into pursuing this as a full time Business: Chris Leanne Boutique, produced this years 2009 Ultimate Trunk show. The location was in Dumbo Brooklyn, right under the Manhattan Bridge, the streets were cobblestone and the area was eclectic and cool. The venue was just the icing on the cake... Held at an amazing loft, it was all just to perfect! Latoya incorporated over 20 up and coming designers and boutiques, On site stylist/personal shopper, complementary facials, barber services, Gift bags, Hors d'oeuvres, and much more... She is defiantly on the right path, her hard work and dedication is paying off ! We look forward to seeing what she comes up with NEXT!!
